Dear Brad,
when my husband left me he said I was too fat and ugly for him. I was so hurt and shocked. I am not huge but I carry extra weight and don’t know why because I don’t snack or eat sweets. My meals are small – what you would give to small kids! No one seems to do EFT for weight without insinuating every overweight person is greedy. When stress and sadness is causing fat to stodge onto the body can EFT help this? Have you any that deal with this please? I feel desperate!! x

I too deal with weight issues. I recommend you contact a life coach who uses EFT to help people deal with emotional issues. I work with one and can give you her info if you are interested. She works with you on pricing, so if that’s an issue, don’t worry. Let me know.

Hi Brad, How long do we have to tap on a specific subject, e.g. abandonment and rejection before we are healed/clear of the block, how many weeks, how many times per day, etc.? Please let me know… I appreciate your videos so much… they have truly been a God Send!!! Thank you so much for being so helpful to others….
Thank you Brad for helping me clear a huge block that I had. @snm726 I may not be right, but I think you should keep tapping on this until you feel no resistance to the words in the positive round, basically when you feel no emotional charge around this issue you have probably cleared this particular block. I felt no sadness, hurt, or pain after during the first round, I followed this tap with the true value tap and then found that I had no emotional charge when doing this a second time.
Thank you so much for this video Brad. It had an unbelievable affect on me. First play I could feel the lump in my throat and second and third time the tears fell and I could hardly get the words out. It brought up so many issues for me, but on the fourth play the release of those past and current hurts was a joyous feeling and I was speaking clearly and strongly. I tapped on this issue for approximately 40 minutes. It brought up a core illusion that has tormented me as long as I can remember: that I was God’s “unwanted” child. Unwanted because He watched as I experienced rejection and abandonment throughout my life.The last 5 minutes I tapped (without the video) on this lie. In my head I’ve known that in order for me have the Good in my Spirit that I’d have to somehow clear my Spirit of the roots of the lie. Thank you for this video.
