    Thank you so much!! Everyone says that you get fat from eating too much but it isn’t always true. At last you are dealing with it from a deeper place – the emotions and our beliefs about food. I really appreciate it so much. I was feeling sick even before eating anything because it felt like everything I was putting in my body was going to hurt me. I was tired of my ex still telling me I was eating too much when I was hardly eating anything. Time to change beliefs then! THANK YOU xx

    But what about the people that aren’t overeating? It feels so horrid when everyone assumes that if you are overweight you are a pig, overeat, can’t control yourself. It isn’t always the case. I hardly eat bad stuff, I eat when I am hungry, I rarely eat junk, I stop when I am full. I don’t have a sweet tooth even. I don’t drink or smoke.. But when I look up stuff on weight there is ALWAYS that assumption that I overeat!! What can I do?
