    Thank you very much for your videos! I spent so much time wondering what is wrong with me, trying self esteem or success exercises to delete my saboteur and nothing worked.
    I finally discovered what was obvious the whole time, that there is another upset little person making decisions for me.

    very true i’d say 100 % of people need to do heal there inner child to be the best they can be as an adult no matter how small or large the negative limiting belief the parents taught, from there own limited beliefs need to be cleared! What a great solution.

    Thank you Cathryn. This has been helpful. I am hoping you are right when you state that doing this work will allow your partner to feel the love too. My husband has a profoundly wounded inner child which causes much discord in our marriage and he is not open to doing much about it. So I really hope and pray that my individual work will somehow effect his energy. Do you have any brief suggestions? TIA

    it would be more helpful to slow down the tapping so we can focus more on creating the feelings than on moving quickly from one tapping point to the next.
