   EFT really works. I recall bad memories while doing it, started crying, and it left me feeling awful for days. Sort of like skin that breaks out rashes in effort to expel toxins from the body, but here it’s the mind. EFT is a process.

    Hello – so my DAD has this problem…with smoking….he blames it on stress and i believe that if i could teach him this technique..possibly he could STOP SMOKING! – he has tried to quit but i guess his mind was in control. Is there any advice you could give me?

    Carnelian is an Earth stone that sucks negativity and just dissolves it, especially anger and fear! Don’t believe me? Good! Try it yourself. Get a small Carnelian (or a larger one, very inexpensive), hold it in the palm of your hand for 10 minutes, then hold it in the other hand for 10 minutes. Notice how you feel while doing it. You will be amazed! Very cheap to do. more on this at soisnessdotorg, “Power Tools”.
