    It was a little difficult to watch the video because the audio wasn’t right with the picture. Maybe it was just the loading, but I believe in EFT. I tend to get headaches late at night before I go to bed. Thanks for this and I’ll re-watch it and keep it bookmarked. What else do you use EFT for?

    One of the massage therapists I went to once taught me this trick. I’ve been doing it ever since! I haven’t gone as fast with the tapping, but I will have to try that next time. How long do you recommend doing it for? I couldn’t make it out with the wind.
